01. Immediate Action Required

At Creativeartshirts, we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Because our 1-day handling process is highly automated, there is a very limited window of time to cancel or modify an order once it has been placed.

02. How to Request a Change

If you need to update your shipping address, change the size of a denim shirt, or cancel your order entirely, please email us immediately at support@creativeartshirts.com. To expedite your request, please include:

• Your Order Number (e.g., #CAS1234)
• The specific change requested (e.g., Change size from M to L)

03. Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already been picked, packed, or handed over to our carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), we cannot cancel or modify the shipment. In this event, you will need to receive the package and follow our 30-day Return Policy. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable for changes requested after shipment.

04. Address Corrections

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Creativeartshirts is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to re-send the item.

05. Refund for Cancellations

Once a cancellation is confirmed by our team within the eligible timeframe, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. This transaction will be processed according to our Refund Policy, appearing on your statement within 6 business days.
