01. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website creativeartshirts.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access our platform for purchasing denim apparel.
02. Eligibility & Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Creativeartshirts reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
03. Product Descriptions & Pricing
We strive to be as accurate as possible in describing our denim shirts, shorts, and dresses. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product. All prices are in USD and exclude shipping fees ($6.99 flat rate) unless stated otherwise.
04. Order Acceptance & Fulfillment
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Our 1-day handling time and 3-5 day transit time are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
05. Payment & Billing
By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use that method. You authorize Creativeartshirts to charge the total amount of your purchase (including shipping and taxes) to that payment method. We use secure, encrypted gateways to process all transactions.
06. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Creativeartshirts and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
07. Prohibited User Conduct
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any conduct that harms the site or its users. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to, attempting to interfere with site security, transmitting malware, or using automated systems to scrape data from creativeartshirts.com.
08. Shipping & Delivery Risks
All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). While we assist in tracking, we are not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions.
09. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Creativeartshirts, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or the purchase of our denim products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

11. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of these terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Maricopa County, Arizona.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms. The "Last Updated" date will be visible at the top of this policy.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
