To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- All original tags and labels must remain securely attached.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
02. Return Initiation Process
Starting a return is straightforward. Please email our support team at support@creativeartshirts.com with your order ID. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the warehouse address for shipping. Please do not send items back to the origin address without prior authorization, as this may delay your request.
03. Fees & Logistics
We take a customer-first approach to logistics. Creativeartshirts does not charge any restocking fees for your returns. However, please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
04. Inspection & Refund Timeline
After we receive your returned package, our quality assurance team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. Upon approval, we initiate the refund process immediately. Our standard processing time ensures that your funds are credited back to your original payment method within 6 business days.
